UCC Completes Design on Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada

United Construction Company has completed the design of Southern Wine and Spirits of Nevada, the largest liquor distributor in the United States and third-largest beverage distributor in the world.

The facility will be located on Sandhill Road in the South Meadows Business Park and will be used for local sales, administration and distribution of liquor and spirits. Located on a 10.42-acre site, the project includes a warehouse of 101,335 square feet and a 20,692 square foot office. The site features over 67,000 square feet of landscaping.

The warehouse includes temperature and humidity control areas to support cold rooms held at 56° for beer storage and 68° for wine storage. Also included is an ESFR fire sprinkler system.

The exterior architectural features take into consideration the surrounding uses and incorporate rock walls, trellises and various landscape attributes indemic to the area, ensuring that the finished project will integrate seamlessly into the established neighborhood.
